Amergis Staffing is seeking a a Wellness director for a position in Cassadaga, NY. Primary job duties will include conducting clinical assessments as well as provide education to the team and support for students coming into the center. The preferred candidate would have either urgent care or high school/college wellness center experience as well as management experience.

• Position is temp to perm

• Mon.-Fri. (8a-5p)

• 45/hr. as a temp candidate, (75-83k/year as permanent employee)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a Wellness Director, you will play a pivotal role in promoting health and well-being among our residents and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained

• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to meet the individual needs of residents

• Utilize your expertise in acute care to provide guidance on case management and nurse management

• Collaborate with staff to ensure the delivery of top-quality wellness services

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve wellness initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of case management principles and nurse management practices

• Solid understanding of physiology and anatomy to guide wellness programs effectively

• Familiarity with residential living services and best practices in the field

• Must relocate to Cassadaga, NY region ( 14718)
