Central Farm Service Grain Admin-Customer Service in Randolph, Minnesota

Position Objective: This position is primary customer service contact for a grain location or group of locations to provide grain bids, hours of operation and answer other customer or vendor questions. This position will also execute basic grain accounting functions such as grain settlements, contracts and position reports. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Answer phone calls and walk in customers providing grain bids, hours of operation and answering other customer questions or directing inquiries to the appropriate CFS employee. Perform accounting tasks including grain settlements, grain contracts and daily position reports and other reports as needed. Monitor contracts and other documents for customer signatures, following up with customers and Grain Marketing Advisors to ensure signatures are executed. Maintain document files, bulletin boards and other necessary document organization and retention activities. Provide basic administrative support to the Grain Marketing Advisor team and area operations manager such as filing, mailing, customer reminder calls, meeting minutes, etc. Ensure business office is maintained in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Know and follow all company safety policies/procedure. Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance positively enriching the culture of CFS.
