Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Triad, North Carolina. This role requires expertise in the telecom industry, where you will be tasked with managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. Your role will also include monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintaining up-to-date and precise customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly

• Taking suitable actions to collect delinquent payments

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for efficient record-keeping

• Assisting in billing functions and check processing

• Handling cash activity and ensuring accurate accounting functions

• Utilizing Great Plains (GPAC) and IBM AS/400 for various accounting tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for daily tasks and communication.

Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is required.

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is a must.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suites.

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Knowledge of Billing Functions is crucial.

• Ability to manage Cash Activity efficiently.

• Experience in Check Processing is needed.
