Summary Under the direction of the VP of Manufacturing, this position is responsible for opening orders, processing and coordinating materials requirements and scheduling jobs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Open generic work orders as directed Perform all duties necessary to ensure that jobs are released in an expedited manner Compute amount of material required to complete job orders through manager approval, applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processes As approved by VP of Manufacturing, open and release Job Pick Tickets for Generic level PCBA (CCA), Coating requirements for PCBA Quoting PCBA assembly and coating orders and issuing POs as approved by manager Assigning the appropriate planning schedule for each job Update Kit Status Report, Sales Order Report, and Engineering Status Report Coordinate with procurement team on material shortages Utilize GMS Intranet applications to report on material needs, alert job schedule dates, and material clear date requirements Other duties as assigned

Requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing with executives, colleagues, and individuals, internal or external Must possess strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with all levels of employees and management. Must remain poised, professional, and diplomatic under pressure. Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Must possess the ability and desire to encourage and facilitate a positive and productive work environment for all employees. Must be able to work on-site the standard 8 AM-5 PM, Monday - Friday schedule and additional hours as necessary. Limited travel required.

Education and Experience Minimum High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Must have 2 years minimum stockroom or material coordination experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have reasonable Single Board Computing product knowledge. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
