Philips Supervisor in Rancho Cordova, California

Responsible for triggering and controlling the execution of operational physical distribution activities of a distribution center. The ultimate goal is to deliver the goods in good quality to the customers at the right time and place within agreed budget.

Your role:

  • Supports daily inbound activities of the DC including priority setting and executes corrective processes for exceptions such as: overdue ASN check, over- and under delivery resolution, inbound complaint registration

  • Supports daily outbound activities of the DC including priority setting and executes corrective processes for exceptions such as: Overdue deliveries, overdue POD’s, customer complaint registration

  • Initiate process improvements for the inbound or outbound activities based on root cause analysis of daily exceptions in the operational processes.

  • Executes daily checks of interfaces between SAP/Infodis/LSP systems; ensures stock in SAP is in line with the stock in WMS

  • Coordinates the rework activities of stocks such as: Quality issues on request of BG, customer VAS activities on request of CO, manages promotional VAS activities on request of marketing

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in warehousing experience

  • Your skills include having broad operational experience and knowledge of physical distribution management and understanding of logistics management methodologies/techniques

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in physical distribution or supply chain

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.

  • You’re self-motivated and have the ability to adhere to standard operating procedures within the global supply chain organization

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $62,720 to $107,520, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Rancho Cordova, CA.
