Our client, Rancho Cordova is seeking a Bilingual candidate to join their team. As a Bilingual CSR1 you will be part of the Health Care Options Department. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service, or Call Center experience and Bilingual in Mien language.

Job Title: Bilingual/Mien CSR1- Call Center Agent

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Pay Range: $20.25 an hour

What’s the Job?

Assisting California residents enroll health care programs by reviewing program options, qualifications, and benefits. This project qualifies eligible families for health care plans and explains the difference for different health care plans. This is typically inbound calls but may have to follow up and make outbound calls.

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Bilingual in Mien Language

  • Pre Hire Screening
