Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an FA/IT blended role in Mahwah, New Jersey, United States. This role involves processing and maintaining customer credit applications and records, and resolving customer credit inquiries within the telecom industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle Bank Account Reconciliation and will work using a large ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and update them as necessary

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Handle Bank Account Reconciliation and ensure all transactions are accurate

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Perform other related duties as assigned within the telecom industry.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Math or a related field

• Proficient in Bank Account Reconciliation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information

• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards

• A willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
