Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Look no further! At Copeland, we are seeking an exceptional IT Manager to join our world-class team in Ramos Arizpe.

As an IT Manager at Copeland, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape our information technology department. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, allowing our organization to thrive in the digital age. With your proven expertise, you will have the chance to guide the strategic direction of our technology investments and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize the manufacturing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and industrial automation systems.

Ensure high availability and reliability of critical manufacturing systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data and intellectual property.

ERP Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems tailored to the needs of manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and optimize ERP functionality for improved efficiency and decision-making.

Production Software Integration: Integrate production software applications, such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, to automate workflows and enhance operational visibility.

Work closely with production managers and engineers to identify software requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing manufacturing processes.

Data Management and Analytics: Develop data management strategies to collect, analyze, and visualize manufacturing data for process optimization and decision support.

Implement data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, detect anomalies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.

Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of IT professionals, to deliver high-quality IT services and support to the manufacturing organization.

Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the IT team.

Vendor Management: Evaluate and select technology vendors and service providers based on their ability to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing environment.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.

Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle), manufacturing software (e.g., MES, PLM), and industrial automation technologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting technical issues.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance requirements in manufacturing.

Experience with data analytics tools and techniques for manufacturing process optimization.

Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL are a plus.
