Copeland is seeking an exceptional Process Engineer to join our world-class engineering team in Ramos Arizpe. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our processes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This is an ambitious opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the flawless operation of our production lines.

Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Process Assurance and machinery of Production

  • Ensure that processes meet established Safety, Quality and Productivity standards.

  • Development and understanding of documentation related to the process gages and electrical diagrams, etc.

  • Help in creating acceptance and rejection criteria, as well as applying them.

  • Process and parameter adjustment, painting, Washing Machines and Ovens.

  • Production support in its operation of the process to ensure the goals.

  • Work in a Safety environment to avoid accidents.

  • Maintenance development and review preventive as well as lists of equipment spare parts.

  • Ensure that all Preventive Maintenance is carried out correctly (availability during plant closure).

  • Establish frequency of change of consumables in the Monuments area.

  • Optimize resources, cost reduction or savings related to the process.

  • Continuous Improvement Projects. Six Sigma,

  • Knowledge of Painting Processes, Area of Final Packaging and Assembly machinery.

  • Projects of Improvement Continues.

Requirements:

  • Career of Engineering Electronic, Mechanics, Mechatronic (Optional)

  • Experience in metal processes mechanics assembly and manufacturing.

  • Machinery knowledge electromechanics automatic and semi-automatic: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical Control, failure analysis, Lathe and Milling Machine.

  • Start-up of production lines, transfers and new products.

  • Problem solving methodologies.

  • Good attitude (customer service), teamwork oriented, ability to work under pressure.

  • Focused on Continuos Improvement.

  • Driving de Microsoft office.
