Overview:

Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is looking for an Engineering Operation manager to lead and carry through the operational activities of the Engineering organization. This position reports to our VP Engineering Operations.

Role:

Manage the Engineering corporate operational processes in a timely and seamless manner, by carrying through:

  • The Mastercard procurement process to support business owners on the sourcing procedures of software and IT solutions, while adhering to budget.

  • The risk management process and registry.

  • The approval of software solutions exceptions by navigating through the Mastercard network.

  • Coordinate events (i.e. hackathon) and leadership meetings (i.e. off-sites). Select venues and collaborate with vendors, adhering to the given budget.

  • Conduct special, ad-hoc projects or targeted assignments.

  • Manage and coordinate knowledge management and enablement initiatives.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient English user both in writing and speaking.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various people in the organization.

  • Driven, team player.

  • Relevant operational experience is a plus.
