The Role:

Red Hat Amphitheater is seeking Venue Runners. The Venue Runners will plan and coordinate various aspects of live events.

Job Functions:

Several responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Pre-shop requested hospitality items from local stores (Target, Harris Teeters, Publix's, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wholefoods, Guitar Center etc. etc.)

  • Work closely with our Backstage Experience Coordinator to ensure tour rider is fulfilled

  • Available on non-show and show days to complete various hospitality-related task

  • Coordinate laundry pickup and drop-off with the venue

  • Perform cash reconciliation tasks

  • Miscellaneous work on an as-needed basis

    Job Requirements:

  • Good driving record and fully insured with active Driver’s License.

  • Must be able to lift 30lbs.

  • Must be able to load and unload groceries

  • At least 21 years of age.

  • Personal vehicle not required, but strongly encouraged.

  • Must be flexible and able to work long hours.

  • Knowledge of Raleigh and surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores.

  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and possess problem solving abilities.

  • Must be reliable, extremely responsible and have a positive attitude.

  • Must show complete discretion about work.

  • Background check required.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma/GED.

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English

  • Ability to use standard office equipment
