Essential Job Duties:

Provide support and maintenance for existing multimedia learning spaces. This person will provide Tier I support of multimedia learning spaces addressing issues as directed by the ClassTech Manager and full-time support staff. This support and maintenance will include conducting training sessions to one or more users, conducting regular preventative maintenance, facilitating repairs to equipment, and participating in equipment upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

Strong AV knowledge.

Basic network troubleshooting skills for both wired and wireless networks.

Desktop support experience including computer hardware troubleshooting, support of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, as well as Microsoft Office.

Organized and able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

Flexible work style and attitude with the ability to work as a member of a fast-paced team.

Ability to follow instructions without direct supervision.

Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.

Preferred Qualifications:

Would prefer an individual with desktop support skills, ServiceNow experience, working knowledge of Crestron room control system, and experience with audiovisual technology.

A Valid NC Driver’s License
