Job Description:

A Staff Accountant will join our dedicated accounting team and be responsible for assisting in financial statement preparation, budget variance analysis, month-end close processes, reconciliation tasks, and other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive coordination with the sales team to acquire necessary documentation for new account setups

• Regular recording of Sales Journal Adjustments

• Creation of credit card payment links for clients as required

• Accurate preparation of journal entries for cash entries on a daily basis

• Preparation of monthly intercompany transactions revenue and expense items as needed

• Assisting in preparing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including Cash and Accounts Receivable

• Execution of monthly invoicing

• Active participation in team tasks and responsibilities to further develop personal skill and experience level

• Continuous identification and implementation of opportunities to streamline or improve accounting processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general accounting

Proven experience in performing reconciliations

Proficiency with recent computer accounting programs and reporting tools

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
