Oracle Sr. Principal Product Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina
Job Description
As a Product Management Director within Oracle Health and AI, you will lead a team of product managers and provide the strategic direction and development of the Oracle Integration Healthcare Edition designed to streamline healthcare data exchange and interoperability along with automating business processes in the enterprise interoperability space. This role requires extensive experience with healthcare interoperability and data exchange, a deep understanding of Product Management disciplines, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that accelerate innovation and improve outcomes in healthcare. You should also have extensive experience in integration and automation space with a deep understanding of integration patterns, designs, tools and best practices and be able to apply this knowledge to different industry verticals. You will need to be a team builder that can drive a group of product managers to their top potential along with working across organizations to drive alignment and to achieve the broader OHAI vision.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Oracle Integration Healthcare Edition to align with business objectives and achieve long- and short-term success.
Product Execution: Partner closely with the engineering team to drive the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to execution and release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery and rigorously adhering to product commercialization and software development methodologies, while maintaining clear functional requirements and roadmaps for your products.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform the product strategy, including positioning, differentiation, and pricing. Create clarity around segmentation, ROI and value proposition for the product.
Voice of the Customer: Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the product addresses market needs and improves data exchange while simultaneously acting as an evangelist to the market and Oracle Health.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, support and other lines of business to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout product lifecycle and to achieve shared goals.
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, customer-centricity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy through presentations, conferences, and social media.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage market research, analytics, and feedback to inform product direction and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.
Sales and GTM: Define sales campaigns and provide enablement to all sales and sales consulting teams to help sell the Healthcare edition. Collaborate on different go to market activities, to define sales channels, sales plays and execution templates for healthcare solutions (accelerators) and the Oracle Integration for healthcare platform

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $88,100 to $192,600 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
