Adecco US, Inc. Service Scheduling Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Service Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Service Master Schedule, which includes coordinating field service technicians, installation teams, microbiological teams, and the necessary test kits, installation kits, and special tools. The Service Scheduler will ensure high utilization of service personnel and equipment, drive process improvements, and support customer needs related to service orders and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Schedule Management: Maintain and update the Service Master Schedule to coordinate field service technicians, installation teams, microbiological teams, test kits, installation kits, and special tools.

  • Utilization Optimization: Ensure high utilization of the service group and equipment/tool kits by analyzing the Monthly Workload and adjusting schedules as necessary.

  • Process Improvement: Provide suggestions for process improvements to increase efficiency within the service scheduling and logistics process.

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with service preventive maintenance (PM) orders, scope changes, and scheduling conflicts. Ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues.

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for test kits and other equipment required by the service team. Coordinate pre- and post-arrival site logistics through direct customer contact, contractor training, and more.

  • Service Team Support: Collaborate with service supervisors to ensure accurate and timely entry of service hours by technicians.

  • Service Reporting: Monitor and distribute detailed service reports, including Monthly Workload Analysis and Weekly Service Schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in service scheduling, logistics coordination, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and resources.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer support and direct customer interaction.

  • Ability to provide actionable suggestions for process improvement.

  • Proficiency in using scheduling and reporting tools.

  • Ability to commute to Raleigh, NC headquarters during normal business hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • 5-10 Years experience with SAP & MS Excel

  • Thorough knowledge with the life sciences industries & manufacturing as it relates to Field Service

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
