Lionbridge Technologies Senior Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina

Join our company as a Senior Project Manager, collaborating with one of our engineering clients. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and 10-15 years of experience managing engineering projects. Key skills include strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.

What You Will Do

  • Strive to achieve year-over-year growth by seeking additional opportunities with new and existing customers.

  • Ensure timesheets are reviewed and approved on time.

  • Ensure Revenue Certification is reviewed and approved on time.

  • Support/respond to employee needs as required.

  • Attend customer reviews to keep current with workflow and priorities.

  • Connect with Purchase Order (PO) owners on regulate basis.

  • Track existing POs to ensure no overages, be proactive to seek new POs.

  • Issue and track new quotes till PO is finalized.

  • Maintain regular contact with current team members.

  • Provide regular reviews and feedback to team members.

  • Prepare quotes for customer based on Statement of Work and ensure that Lionbridge Gross Margin targets are met.

To be successful, you will have:

  • An engineering degree.

  • 10-15 years of experience in managing engineering projects.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven leadership abilities.

  • The ability to work effectively with customers and team members.

  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall).

  • Experience in risk management and resource allocation.

  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • A commitment to continuous process improvement.
