CGI are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Product Manager to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for overseeing our software development team and working under the agile methodology.

The Agile Product Manager will facilitate the enablement, scope management and delivery for product vision and roadmap. In this role, strong communication skills, the ability to influence, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver on the goals of the business are essential.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Leads scope management to enable delivery of coming and existing products.

Works with the program Business Lead/Business Product Owner to develop a solution-level backlog for products.

Supports the process to prioritize and manage the flow of work to delivery teams, ensuring there is clarity on what is required to achieve the business value.

Works with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads to understand technology enable scope.

Works with Product management from all the respective delivery areas to define and communicate planned content for each release.

Leads/Facilitates workshops and use other techniques to identify and collect requirements from business SMEs and other stakeholders for assigned epics.

Owns the Solution Roadmap for delivery and partners with the Solution Train Engineer and impacted delivery teams to define and coordinate releases in alignment with the Solution Roadmap for assigned epics.

Provide feedback and review (or write) requirements in the form of epics/objectives/capabilities and features, capturing business objectives, success/acceptance criteria and nonfunctional requirements.

Provide guidance to teams to ensure alignment is maintained with defined scope and objectives.

Active Contributor and Participant in Pre- and Post-Program Increment (PI) Planning, Solution Demos, and Inspects and Adapts (I&As).

Contributes to weekly Solution Synch meetings with supporting ARTs to ensure strategy, quality and timing remain aligned throughout the course of the Solution.

Contributes to progress dashboard to distribute and communicate with both Business and IT stakeholders through the delivery of assigned Solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum at least 5+ years of relevant experience in working as a Product Manager:

Product Manager should have at least 5 years of product management, scope management, and requirement management experience.

Product Manager should be self directed, flexible and capable of leading a team of professionals across multiple business areas, geographies, and time zones.

Experience Must: Healthcare Domain, Product Management, Agile.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800- $185,800.
