Supply Chain Execution Solution Engineer – Product Coverage Tasks

• Build and maintain expert-level knowledge of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Execution (SCE) functionality (Inventory, Maintenance, Manufacturing) and the related underlying architecture.

• Keep up to date with the latest Cloud SCE capabilities – along with the solution’s future roadmap.

• Interact with customer stakeholders across all Cloud SCE functional disciplines to understand their key issues and goals.

• Capture value drivers to quantify potential return on investment.

• Answer RFIs and RFPs to represent Oracle Cloud solutions in the best light possible, explaining capabilities and how customer’s business processes would benefit from them.

• Identify gaps in the Oracle solution and formulate alternative approaches to addressing the related requirements.

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and world-class demos that address complex business problems… including overviews, end-to-end flows, and role-based day-in-the-life scenarios – live in the system.

• Convey clearly – and with conviction – the benefits and differentiators of Oracle’s solutions.

• Mentor other solution engineers who are learning the solutions for which you are a recognized expert.

• Assist with demand generation activities related to the products you cover.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Execution Solution Engineer – Skill and Experience

• A results-driven self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a competitive environment.

• 7+ years of practical manufacturing and/or maintenance experience

• 3+ years of experience with packaged applications software (e.g., pre-sales, delivery, training).

• 1+ years of pre-sales experience preferred.

• 1 year of project management experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong background with Supply Chain Management applications preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Applications and/or competitive solutions preferred.

• Experience in any of the following industries preferred: Communications, Transportation, Logistics, Hospitality, Media & Entertainment, Real Estate.

Supply Chain Execution Solution Engineer – Education

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Master’s degree preferred

US: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
