The Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with experience in transformation and change enablement and learning and development. The individuals who take this role will play a critical role in our transformation journey. We are amid a once in a lifetime opportunity to transform Lumen. This role is critical in driving large-scale HR initiatives, focusing on aligning with business objectives and enhancing HR capabilities.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation projects, including change plan development and implementation.

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies.

  • Partner with business leaders to implement organizational models, including operating structures, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Program Planning and Development: Develop, guide, and manage learning programs by identifying organizational needs, securing resources, and prioritizing work. Align learning capabilities with organizational strategy for maximum impact.

  • Program Execution: Lead the implementation of core learning programs and implementation of key programs, including change leadership enablement, leadership learning paths, and other L&D offerings.

  • Collect and incorporate feedback to improve content and ensure successful execution.

  • Work seamlessly across various departments, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure talent initiatives are integrated and aligned with overall business strategy.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with various HR functions to deliver project milestones.

  • Use tools and methodologies to assess readiness, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and engagement.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and execute HR solutions that drive business impact through innovative talent strategies.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Proven HR experience in leading organizational change and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Strong background in developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals.

  • Experience in planning, designing, leading and implementing learning and leadership programs.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on tight timelines.

  • Exceptional communication, ability to coach on EQ / LD and to influence and engage senior leaders.

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in learning and development, talent and organizational change, or related fields with 4+ years of leadership experience.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.

  • Certification as leadership coach.

Location

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. Approximately 10% travel (varied dependent upon project needs).

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$149,084 - $198,779 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$156,539 - $208,718 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$163,993 - $218,657 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
