Red Hat DocuSign CLM Developer (Principal Application Developer) in Raleigh, North Carolina

About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious DocuSign CLM Developer to join our team working with the Red Hat Sales, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk teams. As a member of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) product teams leading the development of capabilities on DocuSign CLM.

What you will do

  • Develop enterprise document capture, repository, and process management capabilities

  • Understand classification & taxonomy design and security model(s) of managing structured and unstructured content

  • Experience with Document/Notice Generation and Digital / Electronic Signature processes

  • Configure and use DocuSign APIs to integrate with other cloud/on-premise systems

  • Understand SOX/PIA regulations regarding Records Retention and protection of data

  • Work in partnership with the Support team to analyze and troubleshoot problems that arise from the delivery of new capabilities

  • Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients.

  • Work as a team member across the product team and dependent product teams to include IT Product Owners, Product Managers, QA Engineers,Business Systems Analysts, Technical leads, Solution Train Engineer, and Scrum master.

  • Work within a fast paced environment where incremental progress and agile execution take priority over perfection.

What you will bring

  • 2+ years hands-on project experience with DocuSign CLM (formerly Spring CRM)

  • Expertise in developing enterprise document capture, repository, and process management capabilities

  • Understanding classification & taxonomy design and security model(s) of managing structured and unstructured content

  • Experience with Document/Notice Generation and Digital / Electronic Signature processes

  • Experience configuring and using DocuSign APIs to integrate with other cloud/on-premise systems

  • Understanding regulations regarding Records Retention and privacy requirements

  • Knowledge of Jira and experience working within the SAFe Agile framework.

  • Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication

  • Strong team player with a great attitude

  • Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty. Highly self-motivated and directed.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closure

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with the CLM and CPQ product teams

The salary range for this position is $103,290.00 - $170,500.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
