Please review the following job description:

Coordinate, manage, and maintain various initiatives in order to optimize the Sales organization's productivity. Provide direct analytical and investigation support to each Division Sales Manager. Recommend product and service enhancements to improve client satisfaction and sales potential. Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Serve as the Voice of Sales to drive efficiencies and sales success through comprehensive planning, organizing, and distributing key milestones and deliverables affecting the Sales organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collaborate with Division Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive Sales initiatives by compiling and analyzing performance results, identifying areas of improvement, and developing solutions.

  2. Leverage numerous business intelligence tools to design benchmarking presentations detailing each division's key performance indicators.

  3. Develop and report monthly client Sales scorecards.

  4. Leverage Informa Financial Intelligence surveys to evaluate client, market, product and business opportunities.

  5. Identify key client-level risk indicators and present actionable recommendations to management.

  6. Generate and enhance daily client-level key performance indicator dashboards.

  7. Analyze underperformances and advise management of performance enhancement resolutions.

  8. Standardize timely communication and planning efforts to key stakeholders.

  9. Build and maintain effective relationships across the business to understand the business and the primary drivers, goals, and the needs of teammates.

  10. Consolidate and analyze competitive intelligence from sources and report findings to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related training

  2. 7+ years of relevant large/regional bank or mortgage banking experience

  3. 2+ years of Sales relationship or management experience

  4. 5+ years of data mining and analytical reporting

  5. Strong problem solving and analytical skills; exceptional attention to detail

  6. Capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across a matrix environment for proper alignment of resources and priorities to ensure initiatives are well executed

  7. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database applications

  8. Strong organizational skills as well as ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities and assignments

  9. Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills

  10. Ability to conduct effective and thorough market analysis

  11. Strong ability to build compelling presentations through analytics and trending analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  2. Proficiency of analysis tools such as SQL, SAS or equivalent business intelligence tools

  3. Project Management Professional certification

  4. Advanced computer skills (Data Base Management, Visual Basic Programming, Financial modeling)
