Please review the following job description:

Perform advanced level project management from project initiation through completion for strategic investments across the enterprise. Projects range in complexity scale and duration. Work with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, executives, and business unit relationship managers to clearly define project scope, vision and approach to meet business needs and achieve defined objectives. Ensure projects are documented, prioritized and executed to address project requirements and to mitigate potential project risks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience:

1-5 years of Clarity PPM experience

Knowledge/skills:

Provide 1st and 2nd level as needed operational support for the Clarity PPM application for 10,000+ users to include incident triage, troubleshooting, tracking to resolution and communicating updates via ServiceNow.

Requires excellent customer support and communications skills including ability to support and enhance the application functionality.

Provide solutions-based business requirements, and following standard development processes to include custom objects and attributes, queries, portlets, processes, reports and jobs.

Familiar with inbound/outbound integrations to support business functions such as resource management and time entry.

Ability to provide support after hours as needed for critical incidents and/or project deliverables.

2+ years Clarity Administrator experience including Classic and Modern User Experience.

2+ years experience with developing and supporting SQL queries to enable portlets (MS SQL and PostgreSQL).

1+ years reporting experience, including build queries to extract data as well as building and supporting custom JasperSoft reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training

  2. 1-5 years of of project management experience with increasing complexity of projects and level of responsibilities within a professional environment, including eight years of applicable business experience

  3. Knowledge in software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment

  4. Goal-oriented and action-focused

  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills

  6. Objective, transparent, fact-based and value-focused communication style

  7. Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands

  8. Proven ability to direct the efforts of others

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Has achieved Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and advancing towards Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  3. Three years of financial services-related experience managing large complex enterprise program initiatives
