Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Real Estate & Property industry. Located in Raleigh, North Carolina, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer credit applications, ensuring all data is processed accurately.

• Keep precise records of customer credit.

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed.

• Perform Account Reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Manage Accounts Payable functions including invoice processing and check runs.

• Code invoices accurately to ensure proper record-keeping.

• Perform data entry tasks related to customer accounts and transactions.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting and record-keeping tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in the Real Estate & Property industry.

• Previous role as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar.

• Demonstrated skill in Account Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in working with Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience in conducting Check Runs.

• Ability to accurately Code Invoices.

• Comfortable with extensive Data Entry tasks.

• Proficient in Invoice Processing.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
