Sodexo is seeking an Accounting Manager to join one of our largest Corporate Services accounts. The function of the Accounting Manager is to manage a large volume of payables to ensure accounts, both internal and external, stay current. Responsibilities include end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) functions. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage a team, as well as familiarity using Microsoft Excel and SAP to reconcile balances and maintain records.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of finance and Accounts Payable. Key functions will include analyzing and recommending process improvements, leading significant aspects of finance projects to enhance the internal and/or external financial reporting capabilities. This Finance Manager will handle general accounting and financial reporting, accounts payable, auditing, financial analysis, as well as purchase order development.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage a team with in-depth knowledge of Accounting and related disciplines.

• Have strong Accounts Payables experience.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and safeguards the organizations assets.

• Solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing processes.

• Work independently and be a self-driven knowledge seeker.

• Lead process improvements,

• Act as a resource and subject matter expert.

• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high volumes.

• Have working knowledge of SAP, Maximo, UFS, SAP Fiori.

• Be proficient in excel.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years equivalent experience

• Excellent working knowledge and experience of Excel, SAP, and various billing touch points/processes/systems and applications

• Demonstrated accounting and background knowledge

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to communicate to varying levels of management

• Proven problem-solving skills coupled with collaboration skills particularly when work on complex, technical systems matters

• Must be action oriented, self-driven and able to easily pivot to meet critical deadlines

Please Note: The salary for this position is $100,900 annually
