Job Summary:

Radford University invites applications for a 9-month Tenure Track Assistant Professor position in the School of Nursing. Responsibilities include teaching, scholarship, and service with expectations of recent clinical practice. Applicants should have a strong desire to teach undergraduate students both in-person and in the clinical setting.

Required Qualifications:

Educational requirement: 1) a Doctor of Nursing Practice ( DNP ), 2) a Master of Science in Nursing ( MSN ) and Ph.D. in Nursing or other healthcare field, or 3) MSN and an Educational Doctorate (EdD).

Licensure requirement: Unencumbered Virginia licensure or eligibility is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to applicants with in-person nursing teaching experience in the classroom, clinical, or skills lab and recent clinical practice as a RN or APRN .
