Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.

  • Coordinate with production management to prioritize manufacturing orders.

  • Utilize MRP systems to plan and schedule production activities.

  • Collaborate with plant management to optimize production processes.

  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with supply chain management.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.

  • Fabricate schedules that align with plant capacity and resource availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in production planning and scheduling.

  • Proficiency in MRP systems and production scheduling software.

  • Strong mechanical knowledge to understand manufacturing processes.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments effectively.

  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvement initiatives.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

  • Experience in planning management or related roles.

  • Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and logistics.
