Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, provide, and evaluate adult learning educational activities.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans/programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.

• Collaborate with managers and staff to assess the learning needs of staff and new hires.

• Serve as a resource for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development.

• Maintain credentials required for certification.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

• Instructor specializing in Advanced Cardio Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing.Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
