API Heat Transfer CNC Operator - 1st Shift in Racine, Wisconsin
Hiring immediately for CNC Operator on 1st shift (5:30am - 2:00pm).
API Heat Transfer is looking for people who enjoy being part of transformation. We have a new mission, new leaders, and are accelerating our path to Lean Cultural Change. Our Production team is expanding, and we are seeking an additional CNC Operator - First Shift for our Racine location.

What You Will Do:
The CNC Operator requirements include but are not limited to the set-up and operation of the following machinery:
CNC Lathe: tool setting, fixture set-up, making offsets, inspection, operator preventative maintenance.
CNC Milling Center: tool setting, fixture set up, making offsets, inspection, operator preventative maintenance.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Comply with all API Heat Transfer policies for behavior within the workplace.
Comply with all the ISO 9001 Quality Standards, policies, and procedures of API Heat Transfer.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with two years minimum of related combined experience.
Basic set up experience on lathes and/or Machining centers.
Ability to read and alter programs.
Understand basic G and M codes.
Ability to read blueprints.
