Your role at Clorox:

This role involves providing technical support for new initiatives, including new products, cost-saving projects, and the implementation of new packaging or processing machinery. The position requires coordinating and aligning technical definitions for projects within production packaging lines and process formulation. Responsibilities include leading technical transfers, experimental orders, and plant qualifications for new projects, as well as supporting manufacturing issues. The role also involves identifying, testing, evaluating, and implementing cost-saving projects, qualifying new suppliers and co-packers, and acting as a technical liaison between PSO and R&D for new product launches and initiatives and ensure alignment on production services processes to achieve sustainability in the plant.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure Production Services Processes, such as DQ, MR plans, TDR, technical assessments for the projects of each category.

  • Execute and monitor the SWP Budget of tests and T&E related to local initiatives for each Project Category.

  • Lead, coordinate and implement projects assigned to Production Services.

  • Active interaction with key regional PSO players (Quality, PM, GSS, Manufacture).

  • Establish continuous alignment on general Production Services Principles between project categories, (SLA, MR, Flight, DQ, PDM, etc), find improvements and push to update processes.

  • Ensure the adequate communication and coordination between all the Production Services team.

  • Recognized expert in technical and/or operational processes and procedures.

  • Insures delivery of key cost savings, supply assurance, issues resolution initiatives, Proactive participation with GSS into cost savings strategies and Supply assurance BCP for all raw and pack materials.

  • Support the appropriate execution for the accurate spending of the SWP.

  • Ensure Excellence in Production Services Labs, such as safety good practices, Lab good practices, equipment improvements and WPO

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

  • 5+ years of Product Supply (Operations, Blow molding, Technical, etc) related experience and People Management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Experience in technical roles (manufacturing, engineering, technical services, blow molding, etc.)

  • Project management experience, including cost-saving initiatives

  • High level of influence and leadership

  • Analysis and Decision Making (Risk assessment)

  • Excellent planning and organization skills

  • Adaptation and Flexibility

  • Excellent skills working remotely with his directly reports.

Education Level

  • University Degree BS Science / Eng (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, etc) or equivalent professional experience

  • Intermediate English level

  • Microsoft Office

  • Desirable: SAP / PDM.
