Job Description

Copeland is a global provider of sustainable climate solutions, creating efficient residential, commercial, and industrial spaces through HVACR technologies. By joining us as a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain , you will be a key member of our Cold Chain Supply Chain Team. You will be given the opportunity to make a difference by providing consistent, high-value-added support that enables Copeland to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers globally.

In this capacity, you will be part of a team of supply chain professionals that analyze demand variation, identify inventory parameters, recommend minimum stock levels, and perform other tasks that affect the performance of the overall supply chain. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

As a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain, you will:

  • Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the assigned BU in Cold Chain to achieve optimal demand/supply management.

  • Support S&OP analytics with the creation of tools and analysis that allow for trending of forecast, operational, financial, and other key performance indicators to be used to drive decision making.

  • Subject Matter Expert, Reports Design, handle trainings & Quality of other Analysts or Business Units

  • Host regular meetings with operations and management for Supply Plan and Sales Forecast update for the assign BU in Cold Chain

  • Perform other Supply Chain tasks and cross-functional backup

Who you are:

You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related courses.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related Supply Chain or Operations function

  • Experience in using ERP systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and macros) and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
