Responsibilities

  • Shipment execution which includes processing of Oracle invoice, booking with service providers and securing permits with PEZA, Customs and other agencies.

  • Preparation and submission of reports related to shipments.

  • Audit billings of service providers if charges are correct and accurate then submit to Finance for payment.

  • Recommend and implement Logistics strategies to improve supply chain operations ( export and import operations )

  • Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements

  • Coordinate with employees to implement changes and new systems

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics

  • At least 2-year related experience in Supply Chain processes in data mining, analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge of processes and regulations of PEZA and Bureau of Customs is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills

  • MS Office skills > Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skill to collect, gather, visualize and analyze information in detail.

  • Has initiative to solve problem and make decision in the most effective way.

  • Self-motivated with good prioritization & organizational skills
