Copeland Associate Engineer Technical Services in Quezon City, Philippines

By joining us as an Associate Engineer, Technical Services, you will complete a 30-day extensive classroom and on-the-job training conducted by our process experts and leaders. The program will cover functions on HVAC (Heating Ventilation, Air Condition) systems and our main product, the Sensi WiFi Thermostat. After the training program, you will be part of an impactful, dynamic, and customer-focused Customer Service and Technical Support team.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical proficiency and skills in providing excellent customer service to Copeland customers. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

As an Associate Engineer, Technical Services, you will:

  • Handle level 1 technical calls.

  • Assess existing systems and user needs to analyze the proper course of action.

  • Improve client references by writing and maintaining documentation.

  • Maintain a log.

  • Attend training, workshops, seminars, and focus group discussions with the team.

  • Work within defined Copeland operational and employee goals by contributing to other projects, if needed.

Who You Are:

You are an adaptable person who is skilled at technical analysis and quick to absorb new knowledge. You have strong analytical skills to fix technical issues and enthusiasm for solving issues. You are a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of tasks within your scope of support. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or help desk environment is a plus.

  • Meets the required performance levels in Quality Assurance Audits.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Willingness to work on shifting operations to support the assigned business and customers.
