Copeland Analyst IT Procurement in Quezon City, Philippines

As an Analyst, IT Procurement, you will:

  • Process the purchase requisitions.

  • Create purchase orders in the standard ERP system (Oracle) for Copeland entities globally.

  • Coordinate with local procurement and indirect material teams on the issuance of purchase orders in ERP systems other than Oracle.

  • Coordinate the delivery of products with the vendor and Copeland IT teams.

  • Record and coordinate receipts for purchase orders processed by the Global IT Procurement team.

  • Coordinate the delivery of approved purchase orders and prepare all required regulatory reports.

  • Audit and coordinate the signing of leasing and purchasing documents.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related courses.

  • 3-5 years of commodity or category management experience in a procurement role.

  • Experience in procuring IT hardware or software is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Oracle purchasing and sourcing applications is strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word software.

  • Proficiency in English communication skills; ability to speak additional language(s) is an advantage.
