Primary Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains reporting tools and database queries

• Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management

• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting

• Understanding Business needs and accordingly Designs/Manages Databases

• Translate large quantities of data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats for various audiences

• Combines various data sources and formats, into a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviors and feedback for service improvement opportunities

• Meet with clients and users to gather and analyze business requirements

• Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information

• Troubleshoot data integrity issues, analyze data for completeness to meet business needs, and propose documented solution recommendations

• Creates on-line tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of staff in their role of servicing our customer

• Performs all other related duties as assigned

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Overall 5+ years of experience in related field

• Experience in business or financial analysis using MS Excel, VBA (Advance Excel)

• Experience in SQL

• Experience in BI Tools Power BI

• Advance proficiency in Excel (Expert in formulas, Pivot tables, Charts, Power Query)

• Proven solid verbal and written Communication Skills

• Proven solid attention to detail

• Proven self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
