Eaton Corporation Integration Opex Lead (finance) in Queretaro, Mexico

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Integration Opex Lead (finance).

What you’ll do:

Job summary

This position is responsible for the overall management of the ERPs Implementation across all spanish speaking locations in Mexico and CAC, Facilitate new Acquisitions Integrations to GFSS and supporting ETE and OPEX initiatives, following Eaton prescribed policies and standards to ensure business objectives are met. Aligns GFSS Queretaro roll out strategy with global strategy."

Job responsibilities

A.- Support project requirements following Eaton-prescribed process (ProLaunch) to ensure business objectives are met.

B.- Work with GFSS Managers to staff projects.

C.- Define and communicate roles for project team members (functional-technical).

D.- Establish project budget, track spend and communicate current and project burn rates.

E.- Work with customers and technical resources to develop project plans, detailing work break down structures and critical path.

F.- Ensure that requirements are contained within defined scope.

G.- Perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation.

H.- Manage customer and external supplier deliverables.

I.- Develop communication strategies and lead communications with key stakeholders.

J.- Document and drive issues through resolution, escalating to customer, IT or GFSS management as necessary.

K.- Involves working in a highly matrix organization spanning domestic and international locations.

L.- Involves complex process and organizational change management.

M.- High engagement in ERPs migration projects and initiatives with specific involvement in organizational (legal entity) structure, and technical accounting procedures.

N.-High engagement in acquisitions to ensure early communication and consistency regarding adoption to Eaton systems and processes.

O.- Lead continuous improvement and efficiency based projects.

P.- Ensures sustainability of the functions by documeting the activities performed by the teams via Leader Standard Work, Standard Operating Procedures,etc.

Q.- Organize cross workstream/region groups to collaborate on options and/or varying solutions already in place or in process to direct team towards holistic solution

R.- Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFSS goals. Support site, functional or corporate initiatives.

S. Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company.

T. Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

U.- Regular interaction and coordination with the Operations Finance & Transformation team.

Qualifications:

Education level required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.

Years and area of experience required

  • Requires minimum of +5 year of experience.

Technical knowledge

  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP , Oracle, etc.

  • Record to Report background experience.

  • Shared Services experience is desirable

  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously."
