Citigroup Senior Vice President RWA Controllers - C14 - LONG ISLAND CITY in Queens, New York

Job Description

The Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst will support the day-to-day functions of the Risk-Weighted-RWA Controllers (RWAC) Cross Assets Aggregation (CAA) within the Capital Controllers Group (CCG) in Finance. Responsibilities mainly include, but not limited to, internal management reporting, regulatory reporting related to risk-weighted-assets, and all associated activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and review the weekly/monthly/quarterly RWA management reports, including earnings release estimates, in coordination with exposure lead, the production team, Technology, Risk, and the Global Regulatory Reporting team.

  • Assist with regulatory reporting related to risk-weighted-assets and leverage exposures to ensure results reported in the quarterly filings are in compliance with the US rules and reporting instructions.

  • Perform mapping assessments in generating RWA and leverage exposure results as well as the regulatory reports.

  • Assist with variance analyses, metric reporting, and requests from internal stakeholders including audit/validation teams as well as the regulators.

  • Provide support for various enhancements and implementation of new requirements.

  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience within the financial services industry.

  • Knowledge of capital requirements and RWA calculations highly preferred.

  • Experience in regulatory reporting (FFIEC 101, FFIEC 031, Y9C, Pillar 3).

  • Experience in internal management reporting.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication skills to guide and influence others.

  • Highly numerate with an attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Knowledge of financial products.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
