Description

Global Multinational Company is looking to hire a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to their team. They are located in Queens and are in the office full time, so are only seeking locally based candidates only.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze, reporting, and consolidation of financials according to IFRS (for Headquarters) and US GAAP (for US Clients/Customers);

• Execute and provide suggestions to improve accounting and auditing processes used to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and regulatory compliance;

• Analyze numbers, cash flows and trends by working closely with the controllers and VPs of finance on a monthly and quarterly basis;

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions;

• Create and execute monthly/quarterly financial schedule by creating and managing deadlines based on Headquarters schedule;

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships with external auditors and Headquarters to achieve common goals;

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and best practices while informing team members of new/changing accounting practices;

• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Accounting/Finance Degree

• CPA, CA, ACA Preferred

• 8 years Accounting/Finance Reporting/Audit experience

• 5+ years IFRS and USGAAP experience
