Location

This position is 100% remote; t his position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events.

Overview

Mobile Health is recruiting a full-time RFP and Proposal Manager, a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Development Specialist with extensive experience in the healthcare industry and a strong background in handling state contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of healthcare terminology and regulations, and the ability to produce compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals. This role is crucial in helping our company secure new contracts and maintain strong relationships with state agencies.

The RFP and Proposal Manager will work as part of a tightly knit cross-functional team to grow Mobile Health’s national opportunities. The RFP and Proposal Manager will be given the autonomy and flexible structure to work together to reach it’s goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Proposal Development: Lead the development, writing, and editing of high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for occupational health-related contracts.

· Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on RFP requirements, state regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliant and competitive proposals.

· Sourcing RFPs: Proactively identify and source relevant RFP opportunities from various platforms, databases, and networks to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential clients.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, project management, finance, and subject matter experts, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.

· Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that effectively communicates our company’s value proposition, solutions, and capabilities.

· Compliance: Ensure all proposals meet the specified requirements, guidelines, and standards set forth by the issuing state agencies.

· Review and Revision: Coordinate and lead proposal reviews, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and enhance proposal quality.

· Timeline Management: Manage proposal timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are completed in a timely manner.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the proposal development process, templates, and content library to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ability to communicate with a variety of levels, both internally to the organization and externally.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.

  • Desire and ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 5 years experience with experience in health care is a plus.

  • BA/BS degree preferred.

  • APMP certification is preferred but not required.
