Title: Attorney - Personal Injury

Excellent opportunity to work in prestigious trial firm that is a fast-paced, dynamic and friendly environment to develop your trial skills alongside very seasoned trial attorneys.

Responsibilities: Duties included but not limited to: - Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial. - Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. - Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. - Represent clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Conducting depositions

Requirements: - Active license to practice law in New York - 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation. - Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation. - Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw. - Strong trial advocacy skills and courtroom experience. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive client information. - Trial experience. - Must be organized, self-motivated and be able to work independently. - Must have a proven track record in personal injury litigation and excellent trial skills.

Pay: $175K-$200K/year
