Professional Staffing (WWPS) is a premier staffing solutions firm known for its innovative approach and forward-thinking vision.We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill this temporary role.Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Documentation: Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Record Keeping: Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide general information about the company. Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking. Project Assistance: Support special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports. Team Support: Assist various departments as needed with administrative tasks and projects.Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Attributes: Professional demeanor and appearance. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. Discretion and confidentiality.

Minimum Salary: 21.30 Maximum Salary: 24.05 Salary Unit: Hourly
