THIS IS AN INSTATE H2B JOB ORDER Pool laborer helper will be performing manual and physical duties including digging, carrying materials and tools, use hand and electrical tools and clean the general work area in residential construction. Workers will help pool laborers using, supplying, or holding pipes for new swimming pools and remodeling pool services.

Three months experience as Pool laborer helper in residential construction setting. Must bend, lift and sustain up to 50 lbs, work under extremely weather conditions. No travel required outside Metropolitan area, no on-the-job training available, no education required. Post-hire drug test required paid by employer, all US and Guest workers will be screened equally. The Arizona State Workforce Agency website doesnt have the option for None in the education required field. The job offer for Helper of Pool laborer doesnt require education, for this reason ETA Form 9142 states such language. To be consistent with the job order, please take this statement to clarify that No education is required for the job offer with the AZ SWA.

H-2B temporary full time position to work from October 1st to December 30th, 2024, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. A single workweek used for computing wages. Payment will be weekly. Deductions to paycheck required by law and may include shared group rental housing of \$70 to \$75 per week depending on housing location, and a refundable security deposit of \$75; \$30 per week company-provided transportation to and from housing if worker wants company housing and/or transport and it is available. Housing, if provided, will be in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. No mass transit to work site. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts, according to 655.20(j)(1)(i), (ii). These payments will be done with a company check, separately from their payroll check. The worker will be reimbursed for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government on the first workweek. All tools, supplies and equipment required will be provided without charge or deposit charge according to 655.20(k).
