Sherwin-Williams Technical Service Rep - Industrial Wood Coatings in Quebec, Quebec

The Technical Services Representative interacts with customer or SHW facility traveling in the field to sites in person to provide product and application support, information; ensures the best technical service possible. Answers customers' technical or scientific questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance including application and equipment. Converses with customers to obtain information, identify problem, and provides technical assistance and solutions. Liaises between technical, sales, and operations (plants and facilities). The TSR trouble shoots and/or refers complaints of product or service issues to appropriate functions for investigation and resolution. Coordinates customers' service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer centric focus. Resolve complaints about product and application, explains how to use product or service correctly. Is familiar with technical processes, business processes and current trends in the industry.

Le représentant des services techniques interagit avec le client ou l'installation de SHW se rendant sur le terrain sur le terrain en personne pour fournir un soutien aux produits et aux applications, des informations ; assure le meilleur service technique possible. Répond aux questions techniques ou scientifiques des clients concernant le produit ou le service et le fonctionnement ou la maintenance, y compris l'application et l'équipement. Converse avec les clients pour obtenir des informations, identifier les problèmes et fournir une assistance technique et des solutions. Assure la liaison entre les techniques, les ventes et les opérations (usines et installations). La RST règle les problèmes et/ou renvoie les plaintes relatives à des problèmes de produits ou de services aux fonctions appropriées pour enquête et résolution. Coordonne les besoins de service des clients avec d'autres départements au besoin pour s'assurer que l'accent est centré sur le client. Résoudre les plaintes concernant le produit et l'application, explique comment utiliser correctement le produit ou le service. Connaît bien les processus techniques, les processus d'affaires et les tendances actuelles de l'industrie.
