Job Description:
Providing a variety of collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) services to the CDandI Department Staff, Directorates, and visitors. The General Raymond G. Davis Center. Quantico VA
Provide security assistance services to support the Deputy Commandant for Combat Development and Integration (DC CDandI) located at the General Raymond G. Davis Center located within Marine Corps Base Quantico, to include
cleared access control and escort personnel support services
Job Duties
- Support Capabilities Development: Collaborate with USMC personnel to develop and implement security measures that enhance the operational capabilities of the Capabilities Development Directorate.
- Force Protection: Plan, coordinate, and execute force protection measures to ensure the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
- Physical Security: Develop and maintain physical security plans, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
- Anti-Terrorism Operations: Provide expert guidance on anti-terrorism strategies, threat assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
- Training and Education: Conduct security training sessions and workshops for USMC personnel to ensure awareness and compliance with security protocols.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Prepare and submit security reports to relevant authorities as required.
- Risk Management: Identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies to address vulnerabilities and enhance overall security posture.
Skill sets required:
- Subject Matter Expert - Security and Force Protection- Junior/Mid Level
- The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations, particularly with a background in the 8152 and other closely related Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) or equivalent experience.
- This role requires expertise in force protection, physical security, and anti-terrorism operations to enhance the operational capabilities of the USMC.
- Does not have to be a Former Marine however, this would be positive.
- There will be one shift supporting this requirement:
830 - 1630
- Must have a Current Top Secret (TS) Clearance Level and be able to pass a (Sensitive Compartmented Information) SCI once aboard within 7 days.
