Your Role

You will provide customer support to existing clients and soliciting potential business from new clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, whilst also being a good team player;

• Ability to address client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a swift and timely manner;

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business;

• Ability of generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities / customers in line with our service portfolio;

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers;

• Process quotation requests accurately and in a timely manner;

• Maintain and update customer internal records using company software;

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in an efficient and timely manner.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Knowledge of the local market; Already residing in Malta.

• Computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Office Software

• Good selling, negotiation and communications skills;

• Strong ability to convince and communicate;

• Cold calling experience;

• Willing to learn;

• Language skills: Fluent in English (Maltese is a plus).
