We are a busy Dunkin Donuts franchisee who is looking to fill a multi-store General Manager role. We offer Health Benefits and Paid Time Off. Your job responsibilities will be varied.
You will be tasked with bridging the gap between the back office, management and the store employees by communicating and implementing company objectives to the store level.
You will be asked to achieve store performance sales metrics and staffing levels.
You will also be tasked with cultivating a good work environment for our employees by training them in the importance of the organization standards and giving quality service to our customers.

Requirements
Previous Dunkin Donuts experience or fast food experience a must!
Performance management and decision making abilities
Strategic planning, coaching and team coordination
Management proficiency
Ability to develop improved processes to maintain industry standards
