Supply Chain & Operations in S&T is central to business transformation, enabling the organization to be more efficient, digital, innovative, and sustainable.Job purpose:* Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative strategies and solutions to enhance Procurement efficiency and effectiveness as a global scaleResponsibilities* Develop and refine strategic frameworks and blueprints for Procurement transformation initiatives, such as process redesign, and technology adoption* Identify emerging trends, best practices, and disruptive technologies and lead assessment of applicability* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, procurement, and IT, to gather insights, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment of design strategies* Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Procurement organization, driving adoption of new methodologies, tools, and approaches* Thought Leadership: Serve as a SME and thought leader in Procurement design and transformation, contributing insights, thought leadership content, and industry best practices to internal and external forums, conferences, and publicationsPartner with:* Global Function, Sectors and BUs to align and implement transformation roadmaps* Other leads to optimize process when implementing new technologies Own decisions on:* Process standardization for Global Procurement* Change management / adoption for defined ways of working * Influence decisions on:* Digital roadmap and key initiatives* Continuous improvement opportunities* Technology adoptionLeadership Skills:* Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a complex, matrix, and ambiguous environment* Clarity: Simplifying complexity, communicating in a clear and concise manner* Results: Balancing sense of urgency with the need to deliver quality results, demonstrating perseverance in achieving complex or ambiguous goals (e.g. self management skills)* Collaboration/Stakeholder Engagement: Working across boundaries and creating trusting relationships, demonstrating active listening skills* External Perspectives / Business Acumen: Understanding market, consumers and customers, external environment and industry (incl.
