MasterCard International Incorporated Manager, Product Management in Purchase, New York

Position Duties: Defining segment strategy including identifying product and service use cases (understanding product flows, segment needs, and developing execution plan). Cross-functional role working on packaging segment solutions and doing early stage go-to-market with regions. Working with teams of product specialists and other functional teams in Mastercard. Provide support in coordinating sales presentations and customer engagement to be executed by the marketing team. Work with the global and regional product teams in creating solution sets that are relevant to the segments and role those out leveraging marketing, sales, and fintech platforms. Build compelling consumer value propositions for the segments of focus; define the go-to-market strategy and pipeline opportunities to deliver a consumer first strategy based on outside-in research that address the needs of stakeholders in the defined segments.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computing and Data Science, Marketing, Business or related and three (3) years of experience in job offered or as a Marketing Analytics, Strategy Manager, or related. Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Working with new segments and use cases to package the right solutions; Communicating across with different levels and across various functions including global, regional and market teams; Fintech sub-segments; Assets; Consulting or product management. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Minimum Salary: 147,788 Maximum Salary: 210,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
