JOB DESCRIPTION

I. THE COMPANY:

II. FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY:
The Associate, Talent Management will provide support to the Human Resources department on a variety of issues, including but not limited to: recruitment & onboarding, learning & development, talent management and employee engagement.

III. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with the development of job descriptions.
  • Post open positions on the company intranet, job boards and manage outreach efforts to community-based organizations using Circa.
  • Conduct salary benchmark analysis for open positions.
  • Attend virtual and in-person recruitment fairs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR virtual and in-person screens for opportunities below the manager level and consultants.
  • Process candidate background checks and reference checks.
  • Assist with completing I-9 Form and conducting I-9 form verification using E-Verify.
  • Support on the new hire on-boarding process including coordinating with the new hire's manager to setup first week agenda and scheduling meetings.
  • Host HR orientation and performance management systems training for new hires.
  • Create and post learning & development content on the company intranet.
  • Manage Triton's Internship and Peer Buddy Programs.
  • Manage HR electronic folders.
  • Manage global HR compliance training.
  • Support the performance management process.
  • Provide training coordination and support for learning & development initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews.
  • Analyze new hire and exit data and produce reports on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist in other special projects as needed.
IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources, especially in recruitment required.
  • Experience using HR Systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Paycor, PerformYard etc.
  • Knowledge of MS Office - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent at multitasking, ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Must be comfortable working within a team environment and interacting with all levels within the organization.
  • Must be flexible and comfortable working with different time zones when needed.
  • Flexibility to learn new processes and approaches and continuously work to improve existing processes.
  • Must be at a commutable distance (within 50 miles) to the Purchase office.
  • We follow a hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office (Monday - Wednesday).

V. BENEFITS:
The expected base salary range for this role is from $65,000 - $78,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, location and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
