What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting bank portals, global payments, monitor and reconciling accounts with the purpose of escalating payments rejects/returns and resolve questions regarding transactions. Attention to detail will be essential for success in this role .

Responsibilities:

  • Bank Portals Management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage bank portals, particularly at JPMorgan Chase (JPM) and Citi.

  • Execute daily payment activities related to vendors, payroll, employee expenses, and intercompany funding.

  • Ensure payment execution aligns with the Treasury segregation of duties policy and that an that an appropriate backup is provided to verify the payment request before initiation and/or release of the payment.

  • Monitor bank accounts to ensure payments went through successfully and no further action is needed after the payments were released.

  • Global Payment Expertise:

  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from internal and external parties regarding payment status and confirmation of transactions.

  • Assist with liquidity management and the movement of cash among 18+ entities.

  • Bringing inconsistencies and problems to management’s attention.

  • Manage daily banking transactions and corporate disbursements.

  • Communicate with financial institutions, accounting, and management as needed to research and resolve issues.

  • Assist in opening and closing accounts.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of experience in Treasury related position.

  • Banking Website (CITIDirect and ACCESS a plus).

  • Highly detail oriented.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Team player – ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all employees, management, and external vendors to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed with an ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks when priorities change.be proactive and use previous experience to resolve issues on different scenarios.

  • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
