Supply Chain Planner - Senior

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Manage daily operational processes to optimize supply chain efficiency.

• Proactively identify and eliminate potential supply chain failures.

• Lead tactical improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

• Mentor and coach junior supply chain planners.

• Ensure adherence to common processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• 10-12 years of experience in supply chain planning.

• Proficiency in materials planning systems and tools.

• Strong communication and team management skills.

• Experience in North America Planning and team leadership.

• Ability to work evening shifts (5 PM to 2 AM).

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.

• Knowledge of Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles.

• Familiarity with master supply scheduling and material planning.

• Ability to manage materials KPIs for performance improvement.

• Appreciation for diverse perspectives and global approaches.
